We will maintain a safe, healthy, environment and will strive to promote minimal government interference in the day to day personal lives of our citizens.
Michigan Townships Association Spotlights Garfield Township
The First Pop-Up Shoppe has been delivered to Lake Station.
Through a series of generous grants from the Clare Community Foundation and the USDA our first Pop-Up Shoppe has been delivered to Garfield Township. The concept of Pop-Up Shoppes was born for the need of low investment space for new businesses or weekend vendors who would like to be centrally located in our Downtown district near the Lake Station State TrailHead. The Fabrication of the shoppe was completed in partnership with the Clare-Gladwin Career & Technical Education students for our area High Schools.
