These shoppes are designated for start-ups and limited, small, sales businesses that wish to have a minimal investment location that can be rented by the day, partial week or month. Located right along the Pere Marquette State RailTrail in downtown Lake, the location is a draw for trail users along with support from existing downtown businesses.
